Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director in Savoy, IL to lead care delivery across our communities. You’ll guide your team, build trusted relationships, and help residents stay active, independent, and supported.

This role combines hands-on therapy with leadership responsibilities, including program development, quality improvement, and collaboration with community leadership to advance the EmpowerMe 360 model.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong collaborative clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
