Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead therapy teams in our senior living communities, guiding care delivery, building relationships, and promoting independence for residents while staying hands-on with residents and staff.

The role focuses on leading therapy services, mentoring clinicians, partnering with community leadership to implement EmpowerMe 360, coordinating care across therapy, wellness, and medical services, and driving program development and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Experience leading a team or program.
• Passion for empowering seniors.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

What You’ll Lead

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
