EmpowerMe Wellness in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a care team and shape daily delivery of therapy and wellness within our community.

You will mentor clinicians, coordinate with leadership to implement EmpowerMe 360, and foster relationships that keep residents active, independent, and engaged. This role blends hands-on clinical work with strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Active professional license in therapy (PT/OT/SLP)
• Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
