EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead therapy teams in our Minnesota communities. You will shape how care is delivered every day, guide your team, and build trusted relationships to keep residents active, independent, and supported.

Through EmpowerMe 360, you’ll coordinate across therapy, wellness, and medical services, drive program development, and contribute to quality improvements. Join us for predictable schedules and growth into broader operational and clinical leadership

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.

Responsibilities

What You'll Lead

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
