Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to shape how care is delivered in senior living communities. You will lead your team, oversee therapy services (PT/OT/SLP), mentor clinicians, and partner with community leadership to implement EmpowerMe 360.

This role emphasizes hands-on care, building relationships, improving resident independence, and driving program development within a supportive leadership structure.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community

Responsibilities
