Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Clinic Director (Licensed Physical Therapist) in Pennsylvania to lead a collaborative team and shape a growing clinic from the ground up. This role also offers Equity Partner opportunities and a voice in location, culture, and patient experience.

You will mentor clinicians, build relationships with staff and patients, and drive exceptional outcomes while Ivy Health provides family-like support in marketing, HR, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a collaborative clinic team and mentor others to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Shape clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience as Equity Partner.
• Grow the clinic and build community relationships while maintaining high clinical standards.
