Ivy Rehab is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) in Massachusetts. You will help shape a clinic from the ground up, mentoring staff, building relationships, and driving a collaborative patient‑centered culture with strong executive support.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a clinic team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Develop relationships with patients and community partners to grow the clinic.
• Shape clinic culture, location strategy, and patient experience with executive support.
