Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a growing clinic in Massachusetts. You will mentor staff, shape the clinic’s culture, and partner with leadership to drive patient-focused care and community relationships.

As Equity Partner, you’ll influence location strategy, operations, and clinical development while benefiting from strong support in marketing, HR, and compliance. A focus on exceptional patient outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
