Qualifications

• DPT degree and licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and develop a collaborative clinic culture.
• Help shape clinic location, culture, and patient experience as equity partner.
• Mentor staff and build community relationships to grow the clinic.
• Partner with company support teams to ensure successful clinic operations.
