Job summary

Ivy Health in New Jersey is seeking a Clinic Director who becomes an Equity Partner. You will lead a growing clinic, mentor clinicians, and shape culture while partnering with a nationwide network that supports marketing, HR, compliance, IT, and operations.

The role requires a DPT and PT licensure with 3+ years in healthcare, preferably outpatient orthopedics. You’ll contribute to clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and community engagement, with strong leadership and collaboration as core

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a collaborative, patient-centered clinic.
• Mentor and develop clinicians and support staff.
• Shape clinic location, culture, and patient experience as Equity Partner.
• Oversee operations with support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM.
• Grow the clinic and build community relationships while ensuring exceptional care.
