Ivy Health Inc. is seeking a Clinic Director (Licensed Physical Therapist) in New Jersey to lead a clinic, mentor staff, and nurture strong relationships with patients and communities.

This role offers an equity partnership and a chance to shape the clinic from the ground up, with support from Ivy Rehab in key operations. The ideal candidate holds a DPT, state licensure, 3+ years in healthcare, and outpatient orthopedic experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead a clinic team and shape clinic culture and patient experience.
• Partner with Ivy Rehab to support marketing, HR, recruitment, compliance, IT, and operations.
• Develop and grow the clinic as an Equity Partner.
