Job summary

Ivy Health Inc in Virginia is seeking a Clinic Director who will lead a patient-centric team and help build a clinic from the ground up, mentoring staff and fostering collaboration to deliver outstanding care across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services.

As an Equity Partner, you’ll have a voice in clinic location, culture, and patient experience while receiving broad support in marketing, HR, IT, and operations to help scale the clinic.

Qualifications

• DPT required from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong mentoring, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.
