Ivy Health in Delaware is seeking an experienced Clinic Director to lead a team, mentor clinicians, and foster a positive, collaborative environment. You will help shape a clinic from the ground up with an equity‑partner opportunity and a voice on location, culture, and patient experience.

Ivy Health offers strong support across Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal, IT, and operations. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, plus a Clinic Director Bonus Plan, Equity, Sign‑On Bonus,

Formación

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
