Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks a Director of Clinic (BCBA) to lead our growing clinic and mentor clinicians in delivering exceptional ABA services. You will oversee clinical quality, supervise assessments and treatment plans, and maintain compliance with BACB standards.

This full-time, on-site role requires a BCBA in good standing with a Master’s degree and 3+ years of BCBA experience, plus leadership capabilities to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of BCBA experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site during clinic hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BCBAs and RBTs.
• Oversee clinical quality and ethical ABA services.
• Supervise assessments, treatment plans, and client progress.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards.
• Support clinic operations and foster a positive team culture.
• Maintain a small clinical caseload while providing leadership.
