Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an experienced Director of Clinic (BCBA) to lead our growing clinic in Timonium, MD. This full-time, in-person role focuses on mentoring clinicians, supporting families, and driving outstanding clinical outcomes for clients.

The position requires an active BCBA certification, a master's degree (ABA/Psychology/Education or related), and 3+ years of BCBA experience. Leadership experience and CentralReach familiarity are a plus as you ensure BACB compliance and clinical

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of BCBA experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site during clinic hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BCBAs and RBTs.
• Oversee clinical quality and ethical ABA services.
• Supervise assessments, treatment plans, and client progress.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards.
• Support clinic operations and foster a positive team culture.
• Maintain a small clinical caseload while providing leadership.
