This oversight includes Residential Substance Abuse Treatment, Transitional Recovery Services, and Detoxification services. Responsibilities include ensuring program compliance with VOANR policies and procedures, training, and educating clinical staff about substance addiction and mental health diagnoses. This position supervises clinicians and other clinic personnel, ensuring quality and compliance with all clinical and administrative services and processes.

This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This position must participate in on-call rotation as needed and serve as administrative on-call regularly.
Little to no travel is expected for this position.
