Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies seeks a Clinical Director to lead residential treatment services in Wyoming. You will ensure compliance with VOANR and state contracts, manage staffing, budgeting, and performance, and drive program growth while maintaining a servant leadership culture.

The role requires a doctoral or master’s degree in counseling or clinical social work, active licensure in Wyoming, and substantial supervisory experience in behavioral health settings.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's in Counseling or Clinical Social Work from CACREP/CORE/CSWE accredited program.
• Fully licensed as LCSW, LPC, LAT, or LMFT in Wyoming or eligible for licensure.
• Meet qualifications for substance abuse professional per WY Division of Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of outpatient and residential services.
• Evaluate program deliverables and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for program leaders.
• Budget forecasting, risk management, and contract procurement.
• Lead advocacy and outreach for all programs.
