Job summary

UW Medicine Roosevelt location is seeking a Patient Services Specialist 2 for a full-time, on-site role. The position focuses on efficient communications, patient scheduling, and data collection to support gynecology and primary care services.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience. This is a 100% FTE, day-shift role with no telework.

Qualifications

• One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
• Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
• Other duties as requested
