Job summary

The Wright Center for Women's Health is seeking a motivated Guest Concierge (Receptionist/Scheduler) to support our luxury OB/GYN practice. This on-site role focuses on creating an exceptional guest experience from arrival or call-in.

The ideal candidate is warm, professional, organized, and eager to learn, with preferred experience in scheduling, customer service, and healthcare administration. On-site training is provided in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in reception, scheduling, or customer service (preferably in healthcare).
• Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within an evolving, holistic healthcare setting.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments in alignment with provider guidelines and availability.
• Manage daily schedules regarding existing appointments and cancellations.
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and confirmations.
• Ensure all required patient forms are completed in advance.
• Collect diagnosis codes from patient symptom checklists.
• Verify insurance benefits online prior to appointments.
• Provide timely, clear, and compassionate communication in person and over the phone.
• Waiting room maintenance.
• Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings as part of our EOS structure.
