Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. in Florida is seeking a BCBA clinician for a clinic-based role emphasizing work-life balance and supportive leadership. You will conduct assessments, implement ABA interventions, collaborate with families and teams, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.

The position offers ongoing supervision of RBTs, data-driven practice, and a commitment to person-centered care for children with autism and related needs in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible with supervision.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Ability to train and coach families and staff in ABA strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavioral changes.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support clients with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral therapy strategies.
