Job summary

Behavioral Framework NC LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based team in North Carolina. You will supervise, mentor and support technicians, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve outcomes for children with autism.

You will also train parents, analyze data, and collaborate across scheduling and operations to maintain a supportive, ethical practice that respects diverse families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience with ABA assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS).
• Ability to lead, mentor and collaborate within a clinic-based team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS).
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and clinical guidance.
