Qualifications

• BCBA certification and BACB status required or pending
• LBA licensure in NC or ability to obtain it
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Able to pass background and abuse registry checks

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
• Completing initial intake and updating assessments with standardized tools
• Collecting data and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing treatment based on clinical best practices and family support
• Leading and coordinating a team of therapists and RBTs
• Collaborating with clinicians to serve communities
• Discharge and transition planning for children on caseload
• In-home, school, and clinic settings possible
