Job summary

Behavioral Innovations (BI) in Chapel Hill is seeking Entry-Level Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for clinic-based ABA therapy. This position offers paid training and a clear career path for growth in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and a desire to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
