Job summary

Supporting Autism, a BCBA-owned firm, is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Boone, NC clinic. The role focuses on high-quality ABA services, family partnership, and outcomes for learners in a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will hold BCBA certification, complete BACB supervision training, and have at least 2 years of ABA experience, with opportunities for ongoing CEUs and quarterly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Hold current BCBA certificate in good standing with the BACB.
• Proof of completion of the BACB’s 8-hour Supervision Training.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the ABA Field.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA services as a BCBA in a clinic-based setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train RBT staff.
• Collaborate with families to promote generalization and family involvement.
• Engage in monthly parent education opportunities and team-based planning.
