Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and NC LBA license.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges; data analysis skills.
• Strong clinical decision-making and ability to manage caseload.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; able to work onsite in Wilson, NC.

Responsibilities

• Connect with RBTs and families before services begin to prepare for client success.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for each client.
• Conduct assessments and design behaviour intervention plans (BIPs) to promote meaningful progress.
• Provide supervision and hands-on support to RBTs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and support a collaborative clinic environment.
