Job summary

Dr Hill Educational Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with ASD in a clinic-based setting, with opportunities to generalize skills at home and in the community.

You will supervise a team of behavior technicians, facilitate family support and training, review cases, and document supervision sessions, conducting FBAs and creating BIPs as part of a collaborative care approach.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs and BTs.
• Ability to provide supervision and client-centered treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with ASD in a clinic-based setting.
