Job summary

Dr Hill Educational Services is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision for clients with autism spectrum disorder in a clinic-based setting, with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings.

You will supervise a team of behavior technicians, conduct FBAs and design behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with families to provide training and support. Documentation of supervision sessions is required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with ASD in a clinic-based setting.
• Supervise a team of behavior technicians.
• Facilitate family support and training.
• Oversee RBTs and BTs.
• Conduct case reviews.
• Document supervision sessions.
• Conduct FBAs and create BIPs.
