Hillcrest Educational Centers, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to plan, develop, and monitor ABA services for students diagnosed with ASD and other behavioral and social/communication challenges.

The clinician will handle a caseload of 8–11 students and may supervise RBTs and other professionals implementing ABA interventions. The role offers a salary range of $78,205–$85,261, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree; license eligible.
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism/Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and monitor ABA-based behavioral support for students with ASD and related needs.
• May supervise staff delivering ABA interventions (e.g., RBTs) and other professionals.
• Manage a caseload of 8–11 students with intense behavioral challenges; may require some evenings/weekends for parent training and residential support.

Job Description

The primary function of the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges. BCBAs may supervise the work of Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other professionals who implement behavior-analytic interventions. The clinician will be responsible for a caseload of 8-11 students utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) exhibiting intense behavioral difficulties. Allow up to one evening a week and one weekend day a month as needed to accommodate parent training and residential support.

Requirements

• Master's Degree, Exam and License eligible.
• Experience with children and adolescents with Autism/Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities preferred.

Monday through Friday, allowing up to one evening a week and one weekend day a month as needed to accommodate family work.
