Job summary

Dr Hill Educational Services is seeking a BCBA to provide direct behavior-analytic treatment for clients with ASD in a clinic-based setting, with opportunities to generalize learning in homes and community settings. The role includes supervision of a team of behavior technicians and supervision sessions, plus family support and training.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, creating BIPs, case reviews, and thorough documentation of supervision activities. A BCBA in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and conducting supervision sessions.

Hours

Full-time: 35-40/week

Compensation: $80.00 - $80.00 per hour
