Job summary

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders primarily in a clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings.
• Providing supervision to a team of behavior technicians
• Providing and facilitating family support and training
• Supervises RBT and BTs
• Case review
• Documentation of supervision sessions
• Conducts FBAs and creates BIPs
