No Missing Pieces, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is seeking a Clinic-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in a structured clinic environment. This role includes conducting assessments, designing individualized treatment programs, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families to enhance client outcomes.

Qualified candidates will have an active BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and 1-3 years of experience in providing ABA services. The position promotes ethical, client-centered care and fosters a collaborative workspace.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure required.
• 1-3 years of clinic-based ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior therapists.
• Ensure treatment fidelity and clinical quality.
• Analyze client data and modify programs as needed.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
