• Willing to drive agency vehicles with a valid license and insurance.
• Strong administrative skills and working knowledge of personal computers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams and clients.

Job description

We are searching for a Part Time Clinic Assistant to join our team.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Schedule medical, lab, or other appointments required for clients. Ensure that appropriate documentation is brought to and from medical appointments. Ensure appointment information is properly communicated to the clinical team.
• Transport and/or accompany clients to appointments or community activities as necessary.
• Assist the Clinical Manager in tracking supplies. Place orders for supplies and materials as needed.
• Collect and document client health information, including vital signs, weight, and other relevant medical details.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

• A minimum of one year of experience working in a medical/clinical setting.
• A strong medical aptitude. Understanding of medical needs and medical terminology.
• A valid driver’s license and insurance and a safe driving record. Must be willing to drive agency vehicles of various sizes.
• Strong administrative skills and a working knowledge of personal computers
• Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals.
