Job summary

Children’s Minnesota is seeking a dedicated team member to support clerical and patient care duties in a pediatric clinic. This role welcomes a high school graduate with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and healthcare exposure, combining computer literacy with strong customer service.

You will work alongside providers and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations, manage patient flow, and help maintain accurate records, while contributing to a welcoming, high‑quality care environment for

Qualifications

  • Post high school training in a health care setting and/or pediatric experience preferred.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Medical terminology preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills.

  • Support patient flow and ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and appointment scheduling.

Position Summary

This position exists to assist the providers and staff in the clerical and patient care aspects of the pediatric clinic.

High school graduate or equivalent. BLS certification required. Post high school training in a health care setting and/or pediatric experience preferred. Computer knowledge. Medical terminology preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills and organizational skills.

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee’s scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.

In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits.
Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
