Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Plano is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Paid training is provided and a clear path for career growth is outlined.

Center operates 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday with occasional half-day Saturdays. Roles involve 1:1 therapy, data collection, and teamwork under BCBA supervision, with opportunities to advance toward BCBA leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic and consistent attendance.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
