Able to demonstrate, explain, correct, and supervise climbing practice.
Maintain safety and environment for learners throughout sessions.
Obtain climbing instructor certification from AMGA/PCIA/CWA within 6 months.
Maintain CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 6 months.
Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor; punctuality is essential.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate, explain, correct, and supervise climbing concepts.
Create engaging, safe lesson plans for multiple skill levels.
Maintain professionalism and effective communication with diverse populations.
Obtain and maintain AMGA/PCIA/CWA and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications within six months.
Ensure safety checks of holds and wall durability while overseeing activities at height.
