Job summary

Momentum Indoor Climbing is seeking part-time staff to welcome guests, provide facility tours, and share enthusiasm for climbing. You will answer calls, resolve issues, and act as a resource for guests while helping with group events and safety orientations across Momentum locations.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service or instruction, familiarity with climbing disciplines, and strong communication skills. Flexible day/evening/weekend shifts and a focus on safety are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or instruction is required.
• Experience in bouldering, sport climbing, and traditional climbing is preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Drive are preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, by phone, and through email

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on their way in and out of the facility.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to create personal connections.
• Provide facility tours, share enthusiasm for climbing, and explain services offered by Momentum.
• Answer phone calls, resolve issues, and act as an expert resource for guests.
• Balance the demands of multiple customers, ensuring each receives quality service.
• Assist with group events, birthday parties and other special programming as needed.
