Responsibilities

• Drive engagement, training and education programs for teammates and customers in climbing.
• Monitor climbing activities and assist climbers.
• Oversee daily rock wall operations under the Lead and Assistant Store Manager.
• Uphold company service and selling standards to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide consultative product knowledge and instructional climbing lessons when needed.
• Maintain safety standards, signage, inventory and replenishment in the climbing area.
• Support team-building events at the rock wall with guides.
• Identify and address safety concerns with climbing equipment.
