Job summary

Greentown Labs in Somerville, MA, seeks a Marketing and Partnerships Associate to help connect climate tech startups with industry leaders and customers. You will support marketing and partnerships efforts, coordinating communications, events, and campaigns across teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in marketing, communications, business, environmental studies/science, entrepreneurship, or related field.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace is required; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, and MixMax is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and amplify media coverage of Greentown startups, partners, and Greentown Labs.
• Coordinate programs to connect startups with corporate partners and manage communications workflows.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding of startup members and update website and internal systems.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of corporate partners; maintain partner data in Salesforce.
• Help plan and execute quarterly Startup Pitch Day events.
• Assist email marketing campaigns including audience management and analytics.
• Draft social media posts to highlight community programs and resources.
• Provide front desk support to welcome members and visitors.
• Support marketing and partnerships teams as needed.
