Job summary

Greentown Labs in Somerville, MA is seeking a Portfolio Development Associate for a 6-month co-op. You will support program development and data projects critical to recruiting startups and reporting, including membership sales operations and CRM optimization.

You will help with lead scouting, outreach campaigns, data cleaning, and the First Valley Fellowship delivery, working with the Portfolio Development Manager and Director.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in business administration or data analytics.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus; FormAssembly, JotForm, MixMax are a plus.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business operations is a plus.
• Experience in a startup or sustainability-focused organization is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleantech or climatetech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis projects. Identify trends and opportunities from internal data and market research.
• Climate startup research and prospecting; organize lead lists and facilitate first communication.
• Data-entry and data-cleaning to maintain data integrity.
• Support delivery of First Valley Fellowship and day-to-day program implementation.
• Draft email copy and manage campaigns; track performance in MixMax.
• Provide basic Salesforce admin support and hands-on technical assistance.
• Support process improvement from planning to execution.
• Assist Operations Team with lab and front desk tasks as needed.
