Job summary

Greentown Labs in Somerville seeks a Marketing and Partnerships Associate to amplify climate tech startups’ visibility and connect them with industry partners. This hybrid role supports the marketing team and partnerships team, reporting to senior leaders.

You will help manage campaigns, events, and communications, while onboarding startups and corporate partners and maintaining partner data in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, communications, business, environmental studies/science, entrepreneurship, or related field with strong academic record.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and amplify media coverage for Greentown startup members and corporate partners.
• Coordinate programs connecting startups with corporate partners and manage newsletters/reports.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding of startups and corporate partners; update websites and internal systems.
