Copeland is seeking a Portfolio Marketer to translate strategy into compelling market positioning, GTM execution, and sales enablement. You will own persona mapping and buyer journeys to drive adoption and growth across HVACR offerings in a fully onsite Sidney, OH setting, with potential for one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, sales enablement, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms and data visualization for performance insights.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making and audience-centric marketing.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with portfolio positioning and KPIs.
• Create sales enablement tools and resources for portfolio/solution introductions; train sales teams.
• Conduct persona mapping and journey development to understand buyer behavior and information needs.
• Prioritize digital tools development like ROI calculators and competitive references.
• Translate market and product insights into differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs into cohesive commercialization packages.
