Job summary

United Rentals seeks a Vertical Sales Rep for Climate Solutions in Reno to engage prospects, assess needs and close sales for equipment and services. You will be the voice of the company, building relationships and guiding customers through the full sales cycle with a consultative approach.

The role requires adapting to customer requirements, negotiating contracts, and coordinating delivery, installation and post-sale support while maintaining strong CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2 years' sales experience in small A/C and heating rentals and related services preferred.
• Ability to progress full sales cycle in person or by phone.
• Capable of negotiating transactions and contracts directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial point of contact for prospects and turn interest into loyal customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide consultative climate-solutions, equipment and services.
• Negotiate terms and contracts directly with clients.
• Provide equipment delivery, installation and customer training as needed.
