Job summary

Elemental Impact seeks a Communications Manager to drive day-to-day execution of our communications strategy across social media, content, and team priorities.

You will manage Elemental’s social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, develop compelling content, and use data to strengthen storytelling. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Communications and collaborates across the Communications team.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, marketing, social media, nonprofit communications, or related field.
• Experience managing social media channels and developing digital content, with LinkedIn experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Experience drafting a range of communications materials; media pitches or earned media a plus.
• Comfort with using data to identify insights and inform recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Social & Communications: manage Elemental’s social channels (LinkedIn focus), editorial planning, drafting, approvals, publishing, metrics tracking.
• Coordinate with graphic designer and create visuals to bring stories to life.
• Support earned media, briefing books, talking points, and background materials.
• Project Management: plan, coordinate inputs/approvals, keep deliverables on track, flag risks.
• Data & Insights: track performance data, maintain dashboards, explore AI tools to improve workflows.
