Job summary

Elemental Impact is seeking a Creative Analyst to join our Communications team. This role blends project management with visual storytelling to bring the brand to life across digital channels, visuals, and events. You will work under the Managing Director, Brand and Creative, and closely with the Communications team.

You will manage briefs, timelines, asset management, and collaborate with photographers, designers, and production partners to keep a fast-moving portfolio organized and on track.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, details, and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize complex information.
• Fluency in visual storytelling and design concepts.
• Comfort using websites, asset management, and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to build and maintain clear project briefs, leveraging AI and tools for efficiency.
• Support project management across communications projects, including timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate logistics for photo and video shoots.
• Create briefing materials for photographers, videographers, designers and partners.
• Maintain photo asset management system (Canto) and ensure searchability.
• Build and maintain a centralized video asset management system.
• Improve systems, tools, and processes for managing projects and assets.
• Maintain and update website content through CMS and coordinate with technical team.
