Job summary

n-Lorem Foundation is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to expand its digital presence across social media, a corporate website, and its podcast. You will translate complex scientific work into clear content and manage multi-channel campaigns.

You will lead writing and content development, oversee website updates, and support sponsorships and events. A strong portfolio, 3–5 years in comms, and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, journalism, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in communications, content marketing, journalism or related field.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills with portfolio.
• Graphic design proficiency with layout and visual storytelling.
• Canva or similar software proficiency.
• Experience managing social media channels with measurable growth.
• Experience with web CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent).
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics 4, email marketing tools and social scheduling.
• Experience developing digital sponsor or event materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day digital communications across social media platforms.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases aligned with priorities.
• Create content (copy, graphics, video) matching organizational voice.
• Implement multi-channel campaigns and monitor performance.
• Collaborate across teams to support events and sponsorships.
• Analyze metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with external developers for website improvements.
• Oversee podcast logistics and promotional assets.
