Job summary

Element Solutions Inc seeks a Marketing Communications Specialist to develop and execute communications strategies that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

You will create compelling content, manage internal and external communications, support marketing campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across channels, collaborating with regional teams and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing communications or related roles.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic marketing plan for growth in designated markets.
• Develop internal and external communications aligned with regional goals.
• Support regional initiatives and work with LOB leaders.
• Partner with sales and technical teams on enablement tools and campaigns.
• Collaborate on social media content, track reach and engagement metrics.
• Plan regional events, seminars, and tradeshows in line with objectives.
• Create articles, presentations, webinars, ads, and collateral; obtain approvals.
