Job summary

Responsibilities

• Train and develop store teams on Clientelling tools and processes.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth and strategies to achieve targets.
• Prepare reports on client activities and market trends.
• Collaborate with store ops, marketing, IT and BI to align client development.
• Lead on-site and virtual trainings; build a super-user network across stores.
• Foster strong relationships with Regional and District leadership.
