Qualifications

• Sales experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use digital selling tools and operate a register.
• Ability to stand, walk, move around the store, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful customer service, product knowledge, and personalized styling recommendations.
• Build client relationships and grow sales through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and support team sales plans.
• Coach colleagues, contribute to training and talent sourcing, and participate in store initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, follow store policies, and provide feedback to management on product opportunities.
