You will deliver attentive service, guide product choices, grow sales through client outreach and digital clienteling tools, and meet or exceed goals while supporting team targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use digital tools for customer service and sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive customer service, product guidance, and personalized styling recommendations.
• Grow sales through client outreach, comprehensive wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team targets.
• Coach colleagues in customer-focused service and relationship building.
• Maintain visual standards, support store initiatives, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Capture customer information through CRM tools and provide management feedback on category opportunities.
• Support talent sourcing, training, and community outreach efforts.
