Job summary

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) invites applications for the Campus Coordinator Supervisor position at Brenham State Supported Living Center. This full-time on-site leadership role supervises campus/shift coordinators, ensures staffing coverage, and upholds resident safety and regulatory compliance.

You will hire, train and develop staff, create schedules, monitor operations, and coordinate with administrative leadership.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED preferred.
• Two years’ experience in related supervisory roles.
• Valid Texas driver’s license; ability to drive state vehicle.
• Experience coordinating care staff and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, supervises and oversees daily campus/shift activities.
• Ensures adequate staff coverage and appropriate staff-to-client ratios.
• Provides coaching, training and performance feedback to staff.
• Monitors safety, incidents and restraints; assists in emergencies.
• Coordinates service delivery with supervisory staff and leaders.
